Description:

Beginning September 2004, the Department of Education released this new "Web site for searching the ERIC bibliographic database of more than 1.1 million citations."  (text from site)  Indexes and abstracts approximately 980 educational and education-related journals as well as other materials such as technical reports, curriculum guides, lesson plans, research reports and books.  October 1, 2004, over 107,000 full-text non-journal documents (ERIC Documents issued 1993-2004), became freely available.  This is the principal index for access to educational literature.  (GB)
