Please join us for the 34th Annual Saint Louis Conference on Manuscript Studies hosted by the Knights of Columbus Vatican Film Library. The conference brings scholars from around the world to speak on medieval and Renaissance manuscripts and features the annual Lowrie Daly Lecture on Manuscript Studies. This year's Daly Lecture will be delivered by Professor Nigel Morgan of the University of Cambridge who will speak on the Anglo-Catalan Psalter, a manuscript produced and illuminated in Canterbury in the twelfth century and in Catalonia in the fourteenth. The Daly Lecture is open to the public and will be held on Friday, 12 October 2007,  at 4pm in Anheuser-Busch Auditorium, Cook Hall.

Program and registration information for the conference are available at http://www.slu.edu/libraries/vfl/events/events.html.

The Knights of Columbus Vatican Film Library, established in 1953, is a research library for medieval and Renaissance manuscript studies. It holds approximately 37,000 microfilmed manuscripts from the Biblioteca Apostolica Vaticana as part of its core primary-source research collections.
