Pius Library maintains Collection of music CDs for use by Saint Louis University students, Faculty, and staff.  These materials are located in the Reserve Room on Level 2 of Pius Library.  Saint Louis University faculty may borrow the materials for two weeks.  Saint Louis University students and staff may borrow materials for one week.  No renewals are allowed for media materials.  Keys to listening rooms in the Library may also be requested at the Media/Computer Room Desk.

These lists are not comprehensive.  They are intended to help students find important works quickly and easily.

This resource is Divided into sections:  Alphabetical by Composer, Jazz by Artist, Operas by Composer, and Musicals by Title.  Click on the letter of the composer's last name to move down through the Alphabetical by Composer list.  To search for a composer's name or a word in the title of the work you are seeking, use your browser's FIND feature under Edit on the tool bar.

All CDs and videos in Pius Library are cataloged and may be located by using the Saint Louis University Libraries Catalog.  You can search by Author (composer), Title, or Subject Heading.  Then limit your results to CDs and videos by using The Limit/Sort Search button and then selecting MUSIC AUDIO or VIDEO/FILM under Material Type.  If you search by keyword, check Modify Search button and select MUSIC AUDIO or VIDEO/FILM under the Material Type limit.
