The Conference Hotel is located 1.8 miles from Saint Louis University in the Central West End of the City of Saint Louis, an area with many cafés and restaurants. A shuttle (see below) will be available for transportation to the conference site. The conference hotel and Saint Louis University are located about 16 miles from Lambert-St. Louis International Airport. A cab ride from the airport will take about 25 minutes. If taking METROLINK from the airport to the hotel, exit at the Central West End Station, which is located within easy walking distance of the hotel (about 0.2 miles).

A conference shuttle will run at regular intervals according to the following schedule between the conference hotel and circle in front of Pius Memorial Library, located adjacent to DuBourg Hall. The conference hotel also has its own van, which may be arranged independently.
