2.13 Faculty Evaluation Process

The School of Medicine's full-time faculty shall be evaluated annually.
To review faculty performance in the areas of teaching, research, clinical service (when appropriate) and service to the institution.
- The review process is initiated by a Letter of Notification sent from the Office of the Dean by August 1 of each year. Enclosed with this letter is the appropriate form used for the evaluation (see below).
- The completed Annual Faculty Review forms for each faculty member are forwarded to the Dean's Office/School of Medicine by November 1 of each year. All Annual Faculty Review forms are reviewed by the Dean before inclusion in the permanent faculty files.
- Review Date
Reviewed annually and revised as necessary and appropriate.
