Saint Louis University's Hotel Ignacio has received the coveted AAA Four Diamond rating for 2013.

This achievement ranks the hotel as a premier establishment esteemed by professional inspectors, the hospitality industry and more than 53 million AAA/CAA members. Less than five percent of the nearly 31,000 properties approved by AAA achieve this prestigious distinction.

In February,, the New York Times-owned publication, named Hotel Ignacio one of 2012's Best New Romantic Hotels in its online honeymoon planning guide. The hotel has also been named a "Development of the Year" by the City of St. Louis and the St. Louis Development Corp and recognized by the Landmarks Association of St. Louis, Inc. as one of 11 "Most Enhanced Places."

The boutique hotel was designed by the award-winning Lawrence Group and offers 49 well-appointed guest rooms and two exceptional suites. Its distinctive and unique room décor is inspired by the arts and showcases the hotel's location in the Arts District of St. Louis.

As a recipient of the Four Diamond Award, Hotel Ignacio joins the ranks of other luxury properties in St. Louis such as the Chase Park Plaza, the Ritz-Carlton, the Renaissance St. Louis Grand, the Moonrise Hotel and the Westin St. Louis.
