Lawrence Biondi, S.J.

Saint Louis University President Lawrence Biondi, S.J., and Ellen Harshman, J.D., Ph.D., dean of the John Cook School of Business, have once again been named "Most Influential St. Louisans" by the St. Louis Business Journal.

The annual list recognizes those who have made significant contributions to the St. Louis community.

Several current or emeriti members of SLU's board of trustees also made the list: Robert Clark, L. B. Eckelkamp Jr., Robert Fox, Joseph Imbs III, Robert O'Loughlin, Anthony Novelly, Kathleen Osborn and Jack Pruellage.

Imbs, Novelly and Pruellage also are alumni.

This year's "Influentials" will be recognized at a special event Friday, March 16, at the John Cook School of Business, which also serves as a sponsor of the event. Tickets are $50 per person ($60 per person after March 9).

The program will feature a guest panel that includes Zachary Boyers, chairman of CEO of US Bancorp CDC, Tom Hillman, founder of FTL Capital Partners and Tom Melzer, managing director of RiverVest. Breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. followed by the program from 8-9 a.m.
