SLU Climate Survey Underway
Faculty and staff at Saint Louis University are encouraged to participate in SLU's 2014 climate assessment survey. Administered by Towers Watson, an independent human resource management firm, the survey is entirely confidential and will be conducted annually.
Faculty and staff were emailed a link to the survey and have until Wednesday, April 30 to fill it out. The survey, which takes between 10 and 15 minutes to complete, asks questions that touch on many aspects of life at SLU -- including leadership, morale, diversity and empowerment.
Survey results, which will be shared with the entire SLU community, will help pinpoint specific actions to guide SLU's future plans.
Students are receiving a separate climate assessment survey that addresses how students experience SLU, which was endorsed by the President's Coordinating Council and conducted by SLU's Office of Institutional Research.
