DineSLU Brings New Eating Experience to Campus

As the academic year winds down, SLU's partnership with Aramark moves into high gear for a transition that will bring exciting new dining options to the University this summer and fall.

Beginning in the next couple of weeks, a number of transformations will begin to take shape at Busch Student Center, including the addition of a Saint Louis Bread Company, Panda Express and Red Mango. There also will be an exciting new look for the Billiken Club, as well as the addition of popular grill and pub foods.

In response to numerous student requests, Einstein Brothers Bagels will replace Argo Tea in Pius XII Memorial Library and will be open 24 hours on those occasions when the library is open 24 hours.

Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options will be featured at Ameren Café and will be available at various other locations across campus, including the residence halls.

The West Pine Mall will feature an exciting new look when Fusz becomes the Billiken's Lair. The expanded space will include a patio area with extended seating, as well as upgraded seating and lounge areas inside. Look for the SLU Grill, Qdoba, a newly-renovated Subway and additional grab-and-go options. New hours are planned to enhance opportunities for students to gather for study, conversation and great food.
