Student Photo ID Badge
All students are required to have a valid student photo ID card. The student will wear the SLU ID during the clinical practicum. Photos ID cards will be obtained during the on campus orientation each semester. Those unable to attend the on campus orientation should send a recent head shot (shoulders up) to Cynthia Rubbelke, e-Technology Coordinator at email@example.com. Photo should have a solid color background and no other individuals in the photo. Include your mailing address and Banner ID number in the email request.
