School of Nursing Inaugural White Coat Ceremony
Saint Louis University School of Nursing is pleased to announce the inaugural White Coat Ceremony, which will welcome students to the field of health care while emphasizing the importance of compassionate care and scientific proficiency.
During the ceremony, students will be acknowledged by the robing of the white coat-a symbol of the health care profession. The white coat is placed on each student's shoulders by individuals who believe in the student's ability to carry on the noble tradition of nursing. The ceremony represents a significant step in our students' educational journey. Proceeds from the event will benefit scholarships for nursing students.
