my thoughts:
I am very interested in sustainable foods systems in connecting people to the food that nourishes them - this means learning more about the farmers, the consumers, the barriers to healthy food access, and the strategies to overcoming the barriers to successful gardens, farms and markets where people access the necessities for a healthy life and build a thriving market place and community where people can live, learn, recreate, thrive and interact in a safe, healthy environment.
