Chef Steve Jenkins has experience in food service ranging from small, chef driven restaurants to university food service operations. Steve also has significant experience as a strategic marketing consultant focusing on brand equity work on the product, division, or corporate level.
Currently, Chef Steve works on developing the local food system of St Louis, mentoring local social and traditional entrepreneurs, and addressing issues of food justice and accessibility in the region.
