  • Student Financial Services, has placed a Hold on your account because there is no active billing, permanent or local address on file.

How do I fix this?

  • Once you have updated your address or if you have any additional questions regarding this type of hold, please contact  Student Financial Services at 314.977.2350 or stdaccts@slu.edu.

  • Update your current address information via the MySLU portal or in person at the Office of the University Registrar.
