All Study Abroad courses must be approved through the Office of the University Registrar prior to your semester abroad. This approval process may take up to 2 weeks to complete.
Students must request final transcripts from the program abroad to be sent to the Office of the University Registrar in order to have the credit added to your official student record.

Credits & Grades: Grades are calculated into your GPA for all SLU-approved study abroad programs for Fall and Spring semesters only. Grades from exchange programs are not calculated into your GPA.
