Prepare for an MBA

After completing your bachelor's degree through SLU’s School for Professional Studies, you could be only 12 courses away from your Master of Business Administration. The Pathway to the MBA program is not a major, minor or certificate but, instead, a series of courses that can be taken alongside any bachelor’s degree in the School for Professional Studies to expedite the time it takes to complete your MBA.

Curriculum
You will take five courses as part of the Pathway to the MBA program. Then, during your senior year, you will take the GMAT and apply for admission to SLU’s part-time, evening MBA program at the John Cook School of Business. If you are accepted into the MBA program, you will then complete 12 additional courses.

You must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 in your major, minor and MBA coursework in order to register for graduate-level courses. If a student receives a letter grade below a “B” in a course, that course will not be accepted toward the MBA.
