Joining a committe is a great way to get involved in APO. Not only do you get to influence APO decisions, but you also gain valuable leadership experience. If you ever think about running for a leadership position, joining a committee is a great way to gain some experience. In addition, being part of a committee earns you five hours of service to the chapter! So, join one!
Encourage families to get active and plan different events, like the big/little mixer and APO Olympics
When: Mondays 8:15pm-? every other week
Where: APO Office
Requirements: Plan 2 Family events. Miss no more than three meetings.

Provide ideas and develop them into weekly fellowships, dances, and other ways to increase friendship in the chapter
When: Mondays 2:00-4:00pm

Requirements: Must attend 8 out of 12 meetings and bring 2-3 ideas for events to each meeting.

An active from every family attends every pledge meeting to ensure that pledges smoothly transition into our chapter, and remind pledges of necessary requirements.
When: Weekly Pledge Meetings (Tuesdays at 8:00pm)
Where: Kelly Auditorium
Requirements: Go to pledge meetings, grade quizzes, ensure pledges are doing service and fellowship activities, be a resource for pledges.

Members who join come armed with creativity to develop and distribute promotional material for the fraternity, design chapter T-shirts and other promotional tasks..
When: Thursday 7:00-9-:00pm
Where: APO Office
Requirements: Attend most meetings and come with ideas.

Help out with service by giving suggestions and planning projects
When: Monday 5:30-7:30pm
Where: APO Office
Requirements: Plan at least 2 service sites and be the site leader for each planned site.
