*Games in Red are while school is not in secession

What we do on gameday:

First and foremost, we wear our Blue Crew shirts on game day and spread word of the game. The typical game tips off at 7:00, so the Blue Crew meets for pregame activities around 5:30.

Pregame:

While we eat, we discuss strategy. Discuss who their good players are and if there is any dirt on their players. For example, for the Cincinnati game, we discovered Cincinnati C Eugene Land had stolen $300 worth of underwear from a Dilliard's store. We definitely reminded him of that during the game. Also during pregame, we paint up. Some people paint their face; some paint their whole body while others just wear the Blue Crew shirt or jersey. With the pregame concluded, we head for the buses, usually an hour before tip-off. As soon as we arrive at the Scottrade Center, we take up our positions along the first couple rows of section 121-122. We then get out anything we will need for the game like the megaphones, foam sticks and signs. We then hang out, watch warm-ups and let the other team know how bad they are when they come out onto the floor.

During the game:

During the game, we yell our heads off. We help start chants, along with the cheerleaders. We cheer the team on despite how they are playing. However, we usually just try to be as loud as we can to throw off the other team. We also let the opposing team know they are horrible and usually we let the refs know that they are also terrible and blind and deaf.

Women’s Games:

Each year, we also attend women’s games at the West Pine Gym. Free pizza is usually provided for us and we once again scream our heads off cheering on the Lady Billikens.

Road Games:

Members of the Blue Crew may also attend road games to cheer on the Billikens while they are away from the Scottrade Center. In the past we have gone to Miliwakee, DePaul, Memphis and others.  This year's road games included Southern Illinois and Dayton . In the past we have been louder than the home team's crowd and are hoping to duplicate this again this year.
