Wellness
is a journey in which there is no finish line. It is comprised
of six dimensions that include: Physical, Intellectual, Spiritual,
Occupational (Academic), Emotional, and Social health. In
order to achieve optimal health we must strive to find balance
in these areas. Our mission is to inform participants about
wellness and fitness in order to form balance in their lives
so that they are transformed to a greater state of health.
