Request Placement on the Ballot

This form expires at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, August 24, 2004. Elections will be held at 8:00 pm in the Griesedieck Lobby. Applicants do not have to be present, but will be given an opportunity to speak if they are there. Please complete all information below; incomplete submissions may not be considered.

Specific procedures for elections may depend on the total number of people on the ballot or other factors. All information will be posted to the web site as it is available.

There will be elections on your floor for the individual Floor Representatives. You do not need to be elected to attend meetings or participate on any GHC Committee.
