Phi Beta Kappa Book AwardThe Phi Beta Kappa Book Award is a biennial award honoring the best book in the arts and sciences published during the previous four years by a member of the Saint Louis University faculty. The award is given to a book that meets the following criteria: the book should adhere to the highest standards within its discipline; it should have significance for society at large; it should be accessible to a general reader in the academic community.
