Board of Directors

It with great pride that we can announce the official formation of the Saint Louis University Rugby non-profit corporation. Our Missouri certificate number is N00676040 and we already have received an EIN from the IRS.

Any donation to the team is a tax deduction to the donor now. Distribution of the funds will be determined by the board, not by the University or the team.

As of this juncture Brad Carsten ('78), Dan Weir, and Kevin Schaller have agreed to sit on the Board of Directors. We will be seeking additional Board members in the weeks to come and planning the first official Board of Directors meeting to plan the future of the organization. One of the current players will sit on the board each year also. It is yet to determine who this individual will be for the 2005-2006 season.

Right now the team needs a field kit for the SLU campus field, traveling kits, and traveling money.
