Curricular Tracks of SLU's Athletic Training Program
The primary track is a freshman entry track with three years of study in the pre-professional phase and two years in the professional phase of the program. After the fourth year you would receive a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and after your fifth year you would receive a Master of Athletic Training.
This track allows for students to study in Madrid for up to four semesters in the pre-professional phase of the Athletic Training Program.
A student who possesses a baccalaureate degree can apply directly into the professional phase of the program. They must meet the entrance standards and have the appropriate prerequisite coursework.
Pre-physician assistant track
This is an option for students wanting to continue into Physician Assistant Education.
