Physical Therapy Admission

For applicants to the freshman-entry Program in Physical Therapy

Effective immediately, high school seniors applying for Fall 2016 admission have two possible routes for acceptance into the SLU Program in Physical Therapy. The deadline for both routes is December 1, 2015.

  • Early Acceptance Admission: Students with an ACT composite score of 30 or higher with math and science subsections scoring at least a 28 ACT (or equivalent SAT scores), high school GPA of 3.85/4.0 and an outstanding high school academic record (with an emphasis placed on excellence in math and science courses) will be considered for early acceptance to the SLU Program in Physical Therapy.*
  • Standard Admission: Students with an ACT composite score of 26 or higher with no subsection below a 23 (or equivalent SAT scores) and a high school GPA of 3.2/4.0 will be considered for the standard selective admission process for the SLU Program in Physical Therapy.

* If a student is not accepted through the early acceptance process, he/she will automatically be considered for the standard selective admission process.
