Pre-Law Scholars Program

The Pre-Law Scholars Program is available only to incoming freshman interested in attending Saint Louis University School of Law. You can find more information on the program's application requirements below. Applying to the Pre-Law Scholars Program

Qualified candidates for this program must have a combined (verbal plus mathematics) SAT score of at least 1260 or a minimum composite ACT score of 28, and have an outstanding academic record. Particular attention will be directed to students work in history, social studies, American government and English. Eligible students may take part in this program by completing the separate online application by Feb. 1 for priority admission and by the end of July for possible admission (if spots remain).

Accepted Pre-Law Scholars are required to attend both a reception and a case discussion during the Fall Semester with the dean of the law school.

The program is not available to transfer students or to freshmen at any time after the first day of classes. Prospective students may apply to the Pre-Law Scholars Program in conjunction with their application to Saint Louis University.

Completing Enrollment
To finish their enrollment in the program, students must sign and return the invitation to the Pre-Law Program and be enrolled at Saint Louis University.
