TIM RANDOLPH, PH.D. (Clinical Laboratory Science) presented "Missouri Organization for Clinical Laboratory Science: Your Advocate" on April 16 at the spring education preceptors meeting. He was also awarded the Missouri Organization for Clinical Laboratory Science Member of the Year at the Great Plaines Laboratory Expo in La Vista, Neb.

RITA HEUERTZ, PH.D. (Clinical Laboratory Science) presented "Biofilms in Cystic Fibrosis" at the Great Plains Regional Laboratory Expo in La Vista, Neb.

DONNA DUBERG (Clinical Laboratory Science) presented "Clinical Microbiology: A Public Relations Tool for Career Recruitment and Professional Visibility" and "Introduction to Ethics Across the Curriculum" at the Great Plains Regional Laboratory Expo in La Vista, Neb.

UTHAYASHANKER EZEKIEL, PH.D. (Clinical Laboratory Science) presented "Bacteriophages as Antibacterial Therapy" at the Great Plains Regional Laboratory Expo in La Vista, Neb.

SARAH PATRICK, PH.D. (Public Health) was elected to the Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) Alumni Association executive board as secretary/treasurer.

RAUL ARTAL, M.D. (Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health) was appointed to be the editor of Clinical Updates in Women's Health Care, which is published by the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists as one of the leading references for the specialty.

CYNTHIA LeROUGE, PH.D. (Health Management and Policy) presented "Interplay of Internal and External Marketing on Telemedicine Program Awareness and Adoption: Crossing the Chasms" and "The Business of Telehealth: What You Need to Know to Start a Telehealth Program" at the 18th Annual International Meeting and Exposition of the American Telemedicine Association in Austin, Texas.
