- Where
have we been?
- Where
are we now?
- Where
are we going?
- How
will we get there?
To
address the questions, University community members were asked to
participate in several activities and to join various groups. These groups
included the following.
Internal and External
Scan Committees
Composed of faculty and staff, the
committees met in November 1999 and January 2001. Utilizing their
expertise in the scan areas, committee members identified trends such as
demographic, socio-economic, technological, educational, political, and
regulatory issues affecting the University.

December, 2000, to aid in the analysis of the University-wide SWOT
responses.

the March 2 and 3 retreat of the Strategic Planning Group.

University now and in the foreseeable future, and exploring optimal
futures for the University.
