- Q: The duties of my position have changed since I was hired 10 years ago. How can I have my position reviewed?
- A: Your supervisor may request a review of the position by contacting the compensation office and obtaining a position analysis booklet. This booklet is newly revised and available by hard copy, e-mail or on disk. After the job duties are described in this booklet, and appropriate approvals are given, it is submitted to the compensation office for evaluation and review.
- Q: To be in compliance with the U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service, the I-9 form has to be filed within 72 hours of employment. If the I-9 has not been completed within this time frame, the employee will be sent home and not allowed to work until the form is complete.
- A: Human resources wants to hear from you. Please send your questions to Michael Memos, director of employee relations, in Fitzgerald Hall.
