The Staff Advisory Committee is seeking "SLU Star" nominations for next month. Employees chosen for this honor have performed "above and beyond" and demonstrated the Ignatian ideals of magis, a striving for excellence, and cura personalis, a personal concern and respect for others.
The selection committee welcomes nominations from any member of the University community. Employees eligible to receive a SLU Star are those who perform staff and administrative functions. This includes supervisors, administrators and faculty who are administrators. Nomination forms are available from any campus human resources office. Questions concerning the program can be addressed to Lynn Chase, chairperson of the Staff Advisory Committee, at 977-7162.
