All 98 spots in the heated garage have been sold out since October.
"We have a waiting list of 19 people," said Chris Regan, manager of parking and card services.
All parking spots in the Rockhurst Garage are numbered. The cost is $600 per year. Regular parking for the other faculty and staff lots is $225 per year, except for the Anheuser Busch Institute garage, which is $360.
"The service offers a reserved parking spot 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except when maintenance is required on the garage," Regan said.
