SLU to Hold a 'Garage Sale' on March 4 and 5

The University needs to do some spring house cleaning. Over the years Saint Louis University has accumulated surplus furniture and equipment that is taking up valuable storage space. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on March 4 and 5, SLU will hold a garage sale at both the Cahokia storage site (former location of Parks College in Illinois) and the former bakery building located at Chouteau and Spring avenues. Employees will have an opportunity to purchase surplus items for their personal use at a very reasonable cost. SLU departments in search of additional furniture and equipment will have an opportunity to select a variety of items before the garage sale. Unsold items will be donated to other not-for-profit organizations that have a use for them.
