Alumni Office Sponsors SLU Day

Saturday, Feb. 26, is the date for the second annual National SLU Day. "On that day, alumni in cities across the country, as well as in the St. Louis area, will join together to watch the Billikens take on Conference USA rival, the DePaul Blue Demons," said Meg Connolly, interim director of alumni relations. "This is the one day a year when our alumni, parents and friends gather simultaneously across four time zones to root for Coach Lorenzo Romar's basketball Billikens." The local event will begin at noon at Syberg's in the Hampton Inn on Market Street. Tip-off for the game is 2:05 p.m. Alumni in 15 cities across the country also will hold game-watching parties.
