Executive Master of Health Administration Program
Saint Louis University School of Public Health, the only accredited School of Public Health in a U.S. Jesuit university, now offers the Executive Master of Health Administration (EMHA) program. The EMHA program utilizes state of the art distance-learning technology to provide working health care professionals with advanced management education and enhance their careers as health care managers and executives.
This is a fully-accredited EMHA program, specifically designed for self-motivated, mature, and experienced health care professionals. Coursework is taught by full-time SLU faculty members primarily through online sessions blended with periodic in-class meetings during each semester (one Saturday per month.) This structure effectively allows EMHA students to conveniently access online coursework and interact with fellow students and faculty while still completing their degree within two years.
Participants gain practical knowledge in areas such as health care finance, policy, strategy, and management. A major emphasis is on applying health care management concepts and project management skills to areas of interest in their own employer organization. Employers and students both benefit from the program, as the EMHA students continuously apply cutting edge health care management theories and methods in their own work environment.
If you have any questions about the EMHA program, please contact the Program Director, Dr. Michael Counte, at email@example.com or (314)-977-8118.
