The department of physician assistant education is hosting an information session from 3-5 p.m. Friday, January 14, in Room 3036 of the Allied Health Professions Building.

The session is free and open to anyone interested in learning about SLU's physician assistant program as well as the profession in general. Admission and selection issues will also be addressed. To reserve your spot at the session, call the physician assistant department at (314) 977-8521.

SLU's physician assistant program is a 27-month master's degree program. A physician assistant is a health care professional licensed to practice medicine with physician supervision. For more information, visit the program's Web site.
