Personnel On Line Services, the vendor who currently provides automated employment verifications on behalf of SLU for all University employees for home mortgages, automobile loans, apartment rentals, etc., has announced changes to the current process.

These changes will result in telephone and online verification requests from banks and other lending institutions to be processed in a timelier, convenient, efficient and highly confidential manner.

Instructions for the new process are available in WebPRO. After opening WebPRO, select "Personal Information," "Personnel On Line Services Information" and the "Personnel On Line Services Verification Form" and follow the instructions. Note that your Personnel On Line Services pin number is now five digits.
