Today is Final Day to Update Departments, Fax Numbers for Latest SLU Phone Directory

Faculty and staff members are encouraged to review each list to make sure entries are correct. Departments, centers, organizations and divisions may be cross-referenced.

Listing Locations
Fax numbers are located on pages 8-11 of the current directory.

Departmental information is located on pages 27-59 of the current directory. They do not include individual listings.

The deadline for changing individual listings passed Monday, Aug. 28.

Due Dates and Correction Format
Submit changes by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 5, via e-mail to phonebk@slu.edu. In your e-mail, state the original information and then provide the correction. For example, you might write:

On page 27 under the Widgets Department heading, please change Jane Smith's title from Assistant Director to Associate Director, and Joe Person's location from DuBourg Hall 522 to DuBourg Hall 462. Please remove Executive Director Sally Johnson's information. All other information is correct.

Corrections will not be accepted by phone or hard copy.

Changes to the departmental pages may include new personnel or phone numbers, room changes, important new services, etc. Each division, college, school, office, organization and unit should review the information to make sure the changes are correct.

Space is very limited, and University marketing and communications recommends making your listing as brief as possible and keeping in mind what the reader may quickly need.

Make sure to check the listings thoroughly, as many areas are cross-referenced.

It is the responsibility of each school, college, division, group or unit to ensure the information in the fax listings and departmental listings is correct.

Bad breaks will be corrected with new formatting after all changes have been made.
