Nominate Community-Minded Women for YWCA Event

For the past 23 years, SLU has participated in the ceremony, an annual event that recognizes accomplishments and contributions from women in the St. Louis workplace.

This is an opportunity to publicly honor SLU women who have contributed to the growth and the enrichment of the St. Louis community. The Women’s Commission will sponsor eight women to attend the event.

Nominate a SLU employee who exhibits a high level of achievement, demonstrates significant professional growth and leadership and produces valuable contributions through her skills or efforts to the University and the community. Women who have been previously selected for this honor are not eligible.

The Women’s Commission awards committee will compile a list of names received. From the list, eight will be selected and presented to the Women’s Commission executive committee for approval.

A nomination form also is available online for download on the Women's Commission Web site. All nominations must be received by 5 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 27. Please submit nominations to Carolyn E. Mulhall, Institute for Molecular Virology.
