Saint Louis University Division of Allergy & Immunollogy is recruiting subjects to participate in a research study to determine the effects of Xolair when given with allergy shots in patients with persistent allergic asthma.

Volunteers meeting the following criteria are needed:

Must be 18-55 years of age
Must have a history of persistent allergic asthma longer than 1 year
Must not be pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant

The following will be provided at no cost to volunteers:

Routine physical exam
Diagnostic testing ( allergy skin testing, blood tests, allergy shots)
Study medication for up to 24 weeks
Compenstion for time and travel
