Career Services invites faculty and staff to stop by the Fall ’06 Career & Graduate School Fair to visit with some of the employers who hire our great students. The fair is 1-5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 5, in the Busch Student Center Multipurpose Room. Over 125 employers and graduate schools have registered and all students are invited.

There are diverse employers from the fields of engineering, business, science, healthcare and education among others. Many non-profit organizations will also attend. A complete list of registrants is found on Career Services’ web site, http://careers.slu.edu/. Feedback from employers indicates that they enjoy talking with faculty but wish that more would attend.

This is a great opportunity to meet employers who have both full-time opportunities and internships for students. Students are encouraged to use this event not only for job/internship searching, but also for career investigation and networking.
