Brown Bag Noshery Focuses on Self Awareness

This year the Women’s Commission is exploring the four pillars of leadership as identified in Chris Lowney’s book Heroic Leadership. The intimate lunch will focus on the first pillar, self awareness. An interactive, at home five-day mindwork and a facilitated sensory reflection will help participants learn to recognize individual inner guidance to strengthen how they move and connect with the world.
