National Science Foundation Announces Research Program
The National Science Foundation (NSF) has announced its upcoming competition for the Major Research Instrumentation (MRI)program, which is designed to increase access to scientific and engineering equipment for research and research training by supporting the development and acquisition of research instrumentation for shared inter- and/or intra-organizational use and in concert with private sector partners. The deadline for proposal submission is January 25, 2007. NSF limits organizations to submitting only three proposals. In order for SLU to comply with this requirement, please contact the office of research services administration at 977-2238 by November 15 if you are interested in applying for this program.
