Background Checks

Saint Louis University’s Office of Clinical Education Compliance conducts criminal background checks that might be needed to complete fieldwork, practicum, coursework and other services.

On the date of the appointment, bring the following item to DuBourg Hall, Room 20:

  • State ID, driver’s license or passport
  • A copy of your Social Security card. If you do not have a social security card, please visit a Social Security office location.
