The Office of Research
Services Administration offers assistance in every stage of the grant process including
finding funding, grant writing, budget development, contract review
and negotiation, and compliance. A number of other services are also
available.

Identification - Searching for potential sources of external
funding is one of the first steps in grant development.

- ORSA is the first point of contact for Frost campus Faculty regarding
intellectual property and technology transfer.
- Electronic
Research Administration - ORSA is assisting in the development of a long-term University plan and a suite of electronic
tools to comply with federal directives to electronically submit and
receive grant information. These tools are designed to facilitate grant
application and administrative processes; improve the grant reporting
system; and support a more complex research environment.

Grants Awards
- ORSA administers two internal grants programs: the Beaumont Faculty
Development Fund and the Summer Research Awards.
