Martha S. Uhlhorn is the Owner and President of La Bonne Bouchee Wholesale Bakery and Gourmet to Go. She purchased La Bonne Bouchee in November 2004 and Gourmet to Go in May of 2007. La Bonne Bouchee supplies pastries, breakfast items, bread and rolls to hotels, caterers, coffee shops and other wholesale customers in the St. Louis metro area. Gourmet to Go is St. Louis's premier corporate caterer and has three retail locations in Clayton and Ladue, MO.
Until April of 2003, Ms. Uhlhorn was a leading executive with Sara Lee Bakery Group in St. Louis, serving on various internal management committees and acting as a mentor to employees in the organization.
Active in the industry and in her community, Martha is a graduate of Leadership America (class of 1993). In St. Louis, Martha currently serves as a Board member of The Women's Foundation of Greater St. Louis, on the Hospitality Management Industry Advisory Board within the School for Professional Studies at Saint Louis University, and as a Trustee on the Saint Louis University Board of Trustees. She is also a member of the St. Louis Forum.
