SLU Programs for BJC Employees
The Bachelor's Degree Bridge Series, the Pathway to College, the online RN to BSN and the Organizational Studies Degree are cohort programs formed in partnership with Saint Louis University and BJC Healthcare's Center for Lifelong Learning that allow BJC employees to obtain SLU college credits online or at the BJC on-site campus at the BJC Learning Institute.
- BJC employees interested in a career in health-related and other fields can explore options while earning 37 SLU college credits in the Bachelor's Degree Bridge Series.
- Employees who are thinking about going back to school and transitioning into college-level coursework can prepare while earning 9 SLU college credits in the Pathway to College program.
- Those who have completed their RN and are seeking a BSN can pursue the online RN to BSN program.
- For an interdisciplinary program that examines work behavior at the individual, interpersonal/group, and organizational levels, BJC employees can pursue the Organizational Studies Degree Program.
Cohorts are forming now. Each cohort is limited to a maximum of 30 students.
Ready to Get Started
To enroll in either of these programs, applicants will need to complete the free Application for Admission to Saint Louis University School for Professional Studies. While providing log-in information to access the application, applicants will need to select the BJC Application.
Note to Students
Although these are cohort programs, SLU and BJC will make every effort to provide flexibility to students entering a cohort. Previous college coursework and transfer credits will be evaluated on a case by case basis so that students have the best opportunity to succeed in their program of choice.
