The School for Professional Studies at Saint Louis University has awarded 15 faculty members with the Distinguished Faculty Award. This new award recognizes the extraordinary contributions that are made by its part-time faculty in helping to fulfill the mission of both SPS and the university.

To be considered for distinguished status, faculty must have five or more years of continuous service as a teacher or mentor, exceptional evaluations and have made contributions outside the classroom. All recipients were nominated by chair of their respective academic program.
