This cost covers all organizations within a 50-mile radius of Saint Louis University. If your organization is outside of this 50-mile radius, please contact OHI for more information.

Currently, OHI offers three initial audits:

  1. Specific Practice Audit (SPA)
  2. General Practices Audit (GPA)
  3. Workplace Health Outcomes Audit (WHOA)
The Specific Practice Audit (SPA)

The SPA has been designed as a way for OHI to collect data about an existing practice. Any workplace practice requires continuous evaluation and refinement to achieve its optimal effect. Sometimes, organizations implement a practice, such as a health promotion program, a recognition program, or a stress management program, but it does not reach its fullest potential.

The SPA asks a variety of questions about a specific program's development, implementation, utilization, evaluation, and refinement. You would be a candidate for this audit if:

  • Your organization has implemented a practice and it has not had the desired effect
  • You are interested in exploring ways to make a practice more effective

If your organization is interested in completing the SPA, is within a 50-mile radius of Saint Louis University, and will be paying by credit card or webCheck, please click the button below and complete the secure payment form. You will be contacted within 48 hours with the information necessary to complete the SPA.

If your organization is interested in completing the SPA, but is either outside the 50-mile radius or would like to pay using a different format, please contact OHI.

The General Practices Audit (GPA)

The GPA has been designed as a way for OHI to collect data about the following types of workplace practices: employee involvement, work-life balance, employee recognition, employee growth and development, and health and safety. Workplace practices require considerable planning and development to achieve their optimal effects.

The GPA asks a variety of questions about each of these areas, including the existence of programs in each area, the types of data justifying those programs, and barriers to those programs. You would be a good candidate for this audit if:

  • Your organization is trying to identify new initiatives to offer
  • Your organization is considering a variety of new programs, but is not sure which program or programs would produce highest organizational impact

The Workplace Health Outcomes Audit (WHOA)

The WHOA has been designed as a way for OHI to collect data about organizational effectiveness and employee well-being. Organizational effectiveness and employee well-being are workplace outcomes that provide valuable information about the impact of various workplace practices.

The WHOA asks a variety of questions about the effectiveness and well-being outcomes for which the organization has high-quality data, where those outcomes stand relative to industry standards, and whether programs or interventions have been designed in the past to affect those outcomes. The results of this assessment can help OHI and organizational leaders key in on specific organizational and employee outcomes that could benefit from further examination or intervention. You would be a good candidate for this audit if:

  • Your organization has effectiveness or employee well-being data that needs some improvement
  • Past efforts to improve problem areas have not yielded effective results
