Intervention Design for Organizational Health
Some organizations lack the necessary internal competencies to design and implement new organizational health initiatives. Though a comprehensive assessment may indicate the need for a particular program, an organization may lack the competencies necessary to fully develop and implement a program.
OHI's network of experts can help organizations to design and/or implement such new initiatives. Whether it is a new wellness program, a stress management program, quality circles, flexible work arrangements or a recognition program, an OHI associate can provide assistance. Typically, costs associated with intervention design occur on a per-project basis.
