Brentwood is in close proximity to major highways and offers both affordable and luxury housing options. Like its neighbor Clayton, Brentwood offers a large selection of shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

The Central West End is eclectic and charming with a mix of restaurants, antique shops, art galleries and bars. A mix of students and professionals live here and the housing options include condos, townhomes, apartments and new construction.

One of St. Louis ' most upscale dining and shopping districts, Clayton has a variety of rental property including high-rise condos and apartments. A portion of Clayton has a large student population and depending on the area, housing is relatively affordable.

8Richmond Heights

Richmond Heights is one of the more affordable areas in St. Louis, and offers a more residential feel, while still being close to the shopping hub on Brentwood Avenue. There is easy access to Highways 64/40 and Highway 44 or to Forest Park.
