The Public Law Review invites the submission of articles for publication in an upcoming issue on any legal topic.

Authors are encouraged to use gender-neutral language. The Public Law Review uses footnotes rather than endnotes. In addition, footnote citations should substantially conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (Columbia Law Review Ass'n et al. eds., 19th ed. 2010).

Submissions to the Public Law Review may be sent either electronically via ExpressO, via e-mail to, or via postal mail. E-mail and postal mail are preferred.
